Suman Chakraborty who is a mechanical engineer over 24 years of experience in service sector with both Multinational and Indian Company in various operational and strategic business management functions. He is also post graduate in business management from a reputed institute in India. He was instrumental to grow and stable business of his previous association since inception in eastern region and central functions. He has an exposure in various maintenance and operational sector. During his 17 years of Facility Management tenure he has managed many signature Real estate properties , Corporate sector, Malls , Hospitals and Industry projects around the country. He has handled cross section of strategic functions in the field of electro- mechanical services, soft services, support services, building management, asset management for both B & I segments. He has worked in the past with C&R , JLL , VFM & Compass Group. Recently he has initiated his own digital platform based on previous experience and present market expectations along with Single window solutions to support facility & property management services.
